Our Flank/Flap Steak can be purchased by the pound. All of our beef is grass fed in our family’s pastures and grain finished without the use of any growth hormones or antibiotics. Our beef is also USDA inspected and dry aged 21 days to provide ample flavor. This provides you with a tastier, yet healthier meal for you and your family to enjoy.

Our goal is to provide you with the opportunity to know exactly where your beef comes from: from our home to yours.
